Time Travelled — almost 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I hope you're doing better than today, the date that I'm writing this. I hope you found your true love and not spend each night wondering and doubting yourself whether you deserve love. I hope you found your dream job as well, and you're still constantly immersing yourself with art and the small things that you like. Don't be like me. Just waiting for the right time to change instead of taking action about what's been bothering me and help yourself to improve. Not just with your expertise or skills, but on how to interact with certain people. You don't always have to be nice to everyone, eager to please them. You can choose whether you'll hang out with them or not. Think about your well-being first instead of others. Not everyone will like or put the same effort as you do, and you'll just be sad when they do something that doesn't make you happy. So it's better to keep your ground and limit yourself. Don't chase. It's for your own good. And lastly, don't be immature and rebellious to your parents. They're not going to understand you most of the time and that's okay. They're just worried about you. You still have to respect them even though you have a different mindset than them. They're getting old. They deserve to rest instead of working so much. I hope you continue to help them and give them unconditional love just like they deserve. I'm proud of you and I believe that things will be better for you.
