A letter from August 26th, 2022

Dear FutureMe, I know right now life is a lot. i just turned 18, just started college, working a full time job, on top of keeping up with everyone & all of their problems. i know that it can be stressful, but i’ve got this. keeping a positive mindset & trusting that what is meant to be, will be. i know the hard work i’m putting in now, will only make things better for me later. as miley once said “life is a climb, but the view is great.” it may be a hard uphill battle.. but look around you, i’m so blessed to be where i am & with who i’m with. in 3 years, i know i’ll have accomplished more than i could ever dream rn. i will have a bachelors degree. i will be working on my associates. i will have a lot of money saved. and i will have even more in my bank account. i will be doing the things i love to do. and the people in my life will be happy and healthy. i will have atleast 10 tattoos & 2 more piercings. i will be happy, healthy, & wealthy. i will have my own house. i will have my own pets. i will be confident in my own skin. i will be happier than ever. i will have so much nature and love surrounding me. your whole life you’ve been working so hard, sit down and relax. look around at all the things you’ve done, YOU did this. you’re amazing, smart, beautiful, caring, loving, healthy, wealthy, happy, loveable, grateful, loyal, funny, and more. love yourself the way you love others. and stop being so hard on yourself, you’re only one person and you’re doing great! - someone who’s realizing their worth, i love you🫶🏼
