A letter from Aug 24, 2022

Dear FutureMe, Hello! Right now I am praying for you and the future that you might have. I wonder what kind of career you will be in? Still working at the Sheraton? Finally found something you love? Maybe even married?? I never want you to forget where you came from. It’s been almost 8 Months since your car accident in Michigan. That day you could have died, but God saved us. He knew we had so much more to accomplish in this life and we weren’t ready to go yet. Life is so fleeting, never forget that either. God is faithful and He will be again and again. Everything serves a purpose in this life, whether to break us down to rock-bottom or to restore our faith in God. I pray that the season of life you are in is one of joy and not pain. You’ve lived in pain and sorrow for the past 3 years and I hope that you have finally been able to get passed the trauma and fully be able to embrace the true joy that Christ gives to us. Ok so now into the juicy stuff (; Have there been any boys? Remember how heart broken you were this past March? Maybe you did end up with him, that’d be great! But maybe there have been boys who have been even better! That’s always what seems to happen. You think it’s the end of the world but then someone else comes along and it’s like your world has light again. I hope that you are finally seeing the light in life again. Never forget to thank mom and dad, they’ve done so much and have basically sacrificed their lives for you and our siblings. They’re the best and remember how much they love you! Hopefully mom is doing better too. Make sure you’re spending time with those sweet nieces and nephews. They’re the most important people you can invest into right now!
