Time Travelled — almost 4 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Senior Graduate Me, We finally made it! You survived 4 years of high school. I guessing they went by fast but who knows other than you. Im writing this to you from my first day of high school. Having my first day here felt weird knowing that I have been planning this for like half my lifetime. The amount realizations I've had that I'm 14 and a freshman is surreal to think about. I know I am going to look back on this and think I was young and dumb but I don't know how to write this and make it anything other than that. So did you actually have a life these past 4 years? Im going to assume and hope that you weren't a complete homebody and actually decide to make these years count. I really didn't think we would live to see this day. Have you/ are you dating anyone? Hopefully you weren't painfully single and a hopeless romantic for all these years. Have you figured out what you want to do in life? Im hoping that you at least have a general direction but knowing me its probably changed a lot. I know there are probably more important questions to be asking but you already now the answers to those unless you are still trying (which is fine). This is not exactly a question but I do wonder if you are reading this at graduation and adding this to your speech as valedictorian or just a speech in general (like I would get either). But maybe you're reading this with friends or even by your self either way I hope this finds you well. Im not sure if you did anything these past four years or even made them as memorable as you may have wanted because, that goal maybe naive. All I want you to do is LIVE really live and chase those dreams because you deserve the world and you have the rest of your life to do that. Live the life 14 year old freshman you would be proud of. You may not know were you want to go in life, or what you want to do, but only you can answer these questions. I hope that this letter found you well, Yours truly...freshman you p.s. I know this probably isn't as heart felt as you may have wanted it but as you know we aren't good at that kind of stuff <3
