Time Travelled — over 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear future me, I am forced to write this for class English honors one but I am kinda excited. There is a lot of hope that will happen. One thing is that I hope that throughout high school we maintain straight A’s and graduate with my associate's degree. I hope we have done this so that when I graduate I have a scholarship to app st. and only have to take two years of college. Because those two years I saved in high school I could use it to make money and have a headstart on a lot of my friends. I also hope that throughout high school you have kept on going to the gym and triple crown, I hope that helped you get stronger, faster, and better at baseball. I hope that you have beaten my brothers lifting records by senior year. I hope we are still friends with the friends we have. I hope that we see our futures the same, I expect you to be bigger than my brother was, better than my brother was. I expect you to make the baseball varsity at least ¾ times. I hope that all my expectations are met. One other thing is that I hope that you are proud of me as a freshman I hope you aren't embarrassed. Because I know at times we are embarrassed by our younger selves I hope that I as a freshman wasn't one of those embarrassments. I hope that you are proud of this year because this is the year I have started and will continue to put the work in to get to you. To meet those expectations because they are only goals and expectations but the next time or two when you read this they will be a reality because I will make them a reality by putting the work in. I also hope you still love baseball and hanging out with your friends. I hope you will still be a good person and a good people person. I hope my parents will be proud of who you have become I hope that we don't become a big jerk, and you stay happy. I hope you prefer going outside more than being inside I hope you still like a little bit of pop and rap. I hope you still like reading a little as well. I hope the teachers still like you, I hope you learn Spanish fluently. I hope for a lot but in reality, I expect it to happen and expect it to be a reality. With Love, Younger David Blanco
