A letter from Jul 31, 2022

Dear FutureMe, Hi me I hope you're doing well. I'm writing this because I'm bored. It's the summer holidays and I'm trying to be productive but I have just binged youtube videos for 2 hours straight and now I'm very disappointed in myself. I have promised myself not to watch youtube anymore. I hope I can stick to it. now I am going to revise to make up for the youtube binging. I really hope I do well in my GCSEs. I am trying. you will probably also be studying for something. I hope you do well and that you can go to the university you want. my mum said I should decide what I want to do, what I will study, what university we will go to from now but I don't know. you will probably know or at least have some in mind by then. sorry if you get spammed with emails from me I just really like the idea of writing to you. I think you will like getting emails from me though. you like to visit things from your past, even if they're sad. so I'm hopeful that you will enjoy reading this email. sending emails to yourself in the future is such a cool thing isn't it? imagine if you could send one to the past and talk to me right now. that would be sick. anyways I'm going to get on with my revision now, this is your sign to get up and do something productive as well. you will thank yourself for it later, just like I bet you will be thanking present me for trying hard and pushing myself to do the best I can.
