Dear FutureMe,
7/18/22
I hope you’re doing well in school and I am writing this letter for you to see how far you’ve come. I would like you to highlight our achievements and to never doubt yourself even in the most difficult situations. You should be proud of yourself to overcome any difficult obstacles in your path. More or less, you should enjoy the life you’re currently living and I hope you’ve already decided what career you’ll be working on. Anything that has a high paying salary will do. Nevertheless, keep doing what you’re currently doing to lead yourself into the path of success.
Current strengths I have now are that I usually get homework done on time. I am hoping to make a daily schedule and routine for me as soon as I go to school. I have been trying to limit my distractions to prepare me for the upcoming year. I also have been trying to force myself to participate at least once in every class. These strengths will be a big help to me in school and I hope to enhance these habits even more. They will help me get assignments done on time and it will help me prepare for tests. It will also help me improve my grades and reflect on my past mistakes.
Some weaknesses I need to be aware of is that I don’t ask for help most of the time for when I need it the most. I also procrastinate a lot and have many distractions that cause me to do so. I also don’t or barely study for any subject. These could negatively affect my time in high school very much. I could never understand a topic or learning target because I never ask for extra help or assistance. Not studying can cause me to fail tests and assignments which will heavily affect my grades during my time in high school. Having too much of any distraction can lead to not finishing my assignments on time. These are problems that I will surely fix and hopefully you have taken these out of your daily habits.
I will limit my distractions to hopefully be able to focus on my schoolwork and daily life. I will also try to build up inner confidence to speak more in class and to engage more in conversations and activities. I will also compose a daily schedule every day to keep my things in check and I will also make time for studying and getting the extra help I need for any assignments or any subjects I am not too sure about.
What you’re doing right now is great, keep on pursuing forward. I can guarantee you’ll do great in the upcoming year and throughout life if you have the will to keep on going. Don’t drouse on your past mistakes, instead learn from them to strengthen and better yourself. School is important so don’t let any thoughts or any person from no letting you from completing the career you want to gain. Even if no one is proud of you, just know I will always be proud of what you’ve become and what you’ve achieved. Nonetheless, good job,
Sincerely,
Yourself, Shaima Alwajih 💕
