A letter from Jun 18, 2022

Dear Future Mariah... I graduated from 8th grade last month which is something I thought would never happen, I thought I would be dead sometime in march of 2022, remember that attempt we made of suffocating ourselves? Do you remember going to the PHP program, hoping they would help you but it didn't change your perspective at all, instead it just made you realize they don't actually care about your mental health all they care about is the money and pointing out the most obvious things. But by the time you read this if you are still alive, you have now graduated high school! How was high school? Was it scary? Has our social anxiety and depression get better? Did we ever find out if we had ADHD? Did we stop cutting? Are mom and dad still alive? Is cassie still a little crackhead? Are we still spiritual? Are we more confident in our own body? Did we grow a lot physically and emotionally? And now to remember yourself what you were like. I am currently waiting for volume 2 of season 4 of stranger things to come out, I bought a ton of crystals that are coming tomorrow! I bought an evil eye necklace that I am currently wearing at the moment, and mom had no clue what it is she said it looks like an 8 ball LOL. My friends at the moment are Ashika, Dayana, and Olivia! <3 What friends do we have now? Did we ever get a boyfriend or girlfriend? Did we ever get another cat? Just know whatever you are doing in the future I hope it's great! I am depending on you to change this hell hole I live in, please for the sake of me keep on living.
