Time Travelled — almost 4 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Amya, 8th grade has been something, we’ve had some good and bad times this year. Let's start with some questions: How are you? A lot of time has passed since you wrote this letter. Did you get a job? I want us to be rich and live a lavish life even if we're only 17 or 18. Did you make the high school sports teams you wanted to? Did mom find a house she wants to move into? How do you spend your time? Is there anything you regret? I hope high school has treated you well. I also hope that you change for the better. I hope your friends are doing well, I hope you still have the same friends you have now and maybe more. I'm surprised to see who stayed and who left, what changed in your different friendships. I hope you made good memories over the years with your friends and family. I hope you are happy, truly overjoyed with how far you have come. I want you to be happy with your life, your friends, family, happy with yourself. I hope you are successful with your sports, life, social life, as well as accomplishments and goals you have set for yourself through the years. I hope you take risks and still end up happy, no matter what happens in the end. ENJOY IT. ALL OF IT. You will have enough time to do everything that you love, so stop stressing so much. No one lives forever so be sure to cherish every moment, and when they pass and when you pass. Life is a gift, so enjoy every second while you’re here. From your younger self, Amya
