(Since this is public for context I am a transfem nonbinary (for now) writing to myself on my 18th birthday.) Dear FutureMe, I'm 14 and worried that estrogen and surgeries will be too expensive for me to afford, hopefully between planned parenthood and other great people/organisations (hopefully this doesn't age horribly and planned parenthood keeps up the good work fighting for human rights!) Stuff becomes less expensive than the like 20,000 USD it costs right now. Wonder if I'm sending venting to a dead man... guess we'll find out, hope you're doing well and feeling fem and fresh ✨️✨️ and wearing all the pink kitty ears your heart desires, from past you, hope the name Nova sticks too I love it it reminds me of the space and stars and how with all this room I'll maybe grow and reach my potential and supernova, with my life inspiring many new beautiful stars in this bland seeming world.
