6/3/2022 Dear FutureMe, HAPPY 17TH BIRTHDAY! As you can see, I'm currently 13. We're loaded with our parent's expectations. I've been through a secret relationship and I had to break it so our parents won't find out. The guilt and stress are unbearable, it caused me to be moderately depressed. Other than that- I've been keeping my "Goody-Two-Shoes" profile. I've been active in school- (joined choir, ASB...), and I join sports. (Volleyball, Track) FutureMe, I'm not scared of the future but more curious about it. I learning some basic financing and other tips since I'll be using that. Was it ever useful? I'm trying to be productive this year- and accomplish as many goals as I can, but I've been procrastinating lately. I want to grow up, and be mature. I don't want to ever regret something (though that's impossible) in life. I'm turning into a workaholic maniac to achieve my goals. (Maybe I have imposter syndrome?) I hope that high school is fun for you. Note to self: KEEP IN TOUCH WITH CURRENT BEST FRIENDS. I don't like the thought of our friend Ella (B) going to college in our junior year, and separating our ways. 1. Have you convinced Mom to work somewhere? 2. Did you continue doing sports? 3. (And did he like you back) 7. My current favorite anime is Haikyuu. What's yours? (And you should re-watch that) 8. Are we happy? 9. Are we having fun? 10. Are we making mistakes? 11. Are fixing them? 12. What does life mean to you? For that last question- currently, my answer is: Life is where we exist. It's when we make mistakes and learn from them. Life is when we make goals and accomplish or fail them- either way, some memories to look back into. Life is when we experience a lot of emotions, meet other people and grow with them.
