Time Travelled — about 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, If perhaps you didn’t make the tennis team, then make sure to keep trying, because you have 4 chances to make the team. Highschool may be difficult, but don’t procrastinate. Procrastination is your enemy, it will never truly help you, it will always keep dragging you down. It may feel good, but unless you are doing something more important, keep the work ethic you have and grind on. Get in that mindset, the one where you keep pushing, no matter the obstacles that come in your way. You may be bullied, but hopefully you won’t. Don’t make anyone too mad, stick up for yourself and don’t always believe that the teacher is correct. If something doesn’t make sense to you, ask questions. It’s their job to answer your questions, and help you. Hopefully this reaches you in your junior year, and you are excelling in your grades, if you have had a change of pace with your interest in the future, stick with your gut, because I believe in you. I hope your voice is all one tone by now, and that Mart is still your friend. Mart is funny, and even though he depends on you for some answers, he will always have your back when you truly need it. Do what makes you happy, keep friends with those you trust, and don’t make any enemies. Enjoy the food in the food court, and keep working hard. Take care of yourself and the ones you keep close. This sounds really cringe right now, but it should hopefully sound better then. Junior year is your career year, you apply for colleges and stuff. Hopefully you made purdue or the best college for your new passion. The next year will be the relaxation year, hopefully you have most of your credits done by now, and you can just relax for one more year before going to college. This is all important, but the most important thing is to HAVE FUN!
