Time Travelled — over 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Future Self, Hey this is Joe Griffin from the Past. Right now the most important thing right now is learning new skills and hobbies because I get bored very often. Right now I’m pretty proud of myself for learning how to juggle and snowboard. I also had fun doing track and field in 8th grade. In my senior year I want to be proud of having a high vertical jump and becoming better at basketball and lacrosse if it works out. I also want to get better at skateboarding, snowboarding, indo board, and the flow rider. It would also be cool to be able to drift and have my own car but that might be long shot. My biggest struggle this year would probably be catching up on missing assignments when I was gone in Hawaii. I managed it by retaking assignments quickly before I fall behind. I also missed both of my English Rise Tests so that was a bummer. Some predictions I have for my family in four years is that Charlotte gets married, Emma becomes a teacher, and my friends get to go to college. Hopefully we won’t have to take the covid shot yearly but that might be a prediction too. I also predict that the people going to Mars will make it and make some interesting discoveries. Some goals that I have for myself in four years is being able to drive and to have a job that I like. I would also want to join the high school track and field. Another goal that I would like to have is the opportunity to try to start my own business to make money for my mission and college. Some advice for graduating would be to just work hard and get everything straightened out before graduating. So then you can be more laid back and relaxed when you graduate. Hope that everything is going well in four years and the stocks that I invested in 7th Grade are gaining. Can’t wait to enjoy the summer in SLO and just chill. Joseph Griffin Age 14 5/16/22
