Dear Self,
I just finished Season 2 of Bridgerton and would probably be doing all sorts of stuff now just to earn the $500 that I need for the housing deposit and reservation. But,,
How does one really find their very own lifetime partner? How will you know if he's the one you wanna spend the rest of your life with?
I mean, ever since I've had the idea of love etched in my mind, I've always dreamt of a fairytale-like life. Of course, that would be impossible in this reality. But, given the books and the countless movies that I watched and read, why do people write those things down? Are they all just the pure imagination of the human mind? Or are some of those real?
Finding a partner is rather hard. And there are many standards to set. Such as do you get along all the time.. or how it is when you're next to them that you can't seem to forget all reality that is without them by your side. Sort of, finding the bestest friend in the world. Someone that you could confide in without having to worry about any sort of drama outside both of your circles because you are one in everything. Someone that you can affirm and vice versa. Someone who can comfort you even before overthinking things. Your other half.
Love really is complicated and foolish and blind and time-consuming and very very difficult to understand. And yet, people yearn for it. Ewan ko ba. reflection ko lang HAHAHAHAHAH anyway,, goodluck sa college pre. labyu
