A letter from Dec 21st, 2021

Dear FutureMe, The reason I chose the year 2026 [5 years] is because I don't even know whether I'll be alive after that. Already failed 9th twice and just about to clear 12th standard at the age of 20. I actually wanted to shower because you always liked taking showers late at night and mom just stated firmly that I should change the routine a little bit and that gave me anxiety and now I am laying on the floor in between the almirah and the bed writing this. God knows what I'll be doing when I finally receive this in the future. Honestly, the ways things are going; I don't have much hope left for the future but tonight I hope I dream of only good things while I sleep and the future me is finally living peacefully and seeking therapy. It'll be even better if my sister and cousin are doing great in life because I really have not much hope left. 02:08.........22/12/22, Wednesday.
