Dear Maxwell,
Right now, I am involved in the offseason because I just finished football. And we're going to start the bench press for today. And for every other day we are doing track.
Right now, I didn't expect to dislike my ELA teacher so much. Like she just sucks that much for no reason. She doesn't want to actually grade work like what a teacher is supposed to do.
Right now, a couple positives is that the food is good. They sometimes serve philly cheese steaks and they're pretty good. For school food though because the bread is stale and sometimes the meat tastes like the same thing.
Right now, a challenge in middle school that I have had was algebra and ELA. For algebra my brain just spaces out during notes so even if I wrote them down I have to go over them a couple of times to get it in my head. And ELA because my ELA teacher sucks and won't grade papers and gives me low grades. Like on one of my essays I asked her to look over and she said it was perfect. Then she proceeded to give me a 70 on the assignment.
Right now, I try to finish everything the day I get it because I am trying not to get any late work this year. It’s kind of hard because sometimes when I get the assignment. That teacher is absent the next day and I can't get help when I don't understand something.
I hope when I become a senior, that I pass with all A’s. Everyone wants all A’s but I want it speiflicy so I can have more opportunities and chances to get into the colleges that I want to go to.
I hope that I am involved with football when I am a senior. As Well as actually being amazing at the sport so I can get school offers for football. Because if I can't get all A’s I can have football as a back up plan instead of the other way around.
I hope that I will still be able to treat others with respect and kindness. Not so much kindness but just having the decency to help someone when they need it. And respect other people while I'm at it.
What I want after graduation is 1 of these two things, get a D1 or at least D2 athletic scholarship. And if I don't I want to get scholarships for different colleges, preferably in state. I wouldn't want to go out of state for a college scholarship unless that's all I got.
Don't screw up please, sincerely
Maxwell Thomas.
