A letter from Oct 24th, 2021

Hey you yeah its me. surprised? we have a ****** memory so i can imagine you forgot about this. but thats okay. i just wanted to see how cringe i used to be. Wow. 23 huh? that's so weird to think about. i've been 18 for less than 24 hours, and it's good so far. your nose hurts from the piercing, and sometime this week we're planning on getting a tattoo. excited to see if we regret any of this by then. Oh my God, are we doing the van thing?? Did we make in the the west coast? Gosh. I'm excited for you. honestly in five years literally anything can happen, so i'm scared to ask if anyone we love has died. last time i did that 3 people i loved with everything were gone. i can't believe there's going to be a day when i'm 23. do we drink? i hope we have that under control now. I doubt we're married or even dating, but if we are i just have one question. Elijah? Anyway, i hope you're doing well. I hope we've done things that are worthwhile. I hope we've continued to do the things that plant flowers in our heart. that we love well and have learned to be loved. I hope we live, and live well. that we haven't settled for something just because its easy.
