Dear 5 Years Older Self,
By the time I see this message of mine 5 years ago, I'm probably an adult already. If my calculations are correct, I'm probably 20 years by that time.
And I, I'm here to remind you that I am you and you are me, but in a different time span. I do know all your sufferings, I know how many times you thought of ending your life, I know how many times you tried to end your life. I know the pain you received, I know all your traumas that no one ever apologized for.
Knowing all these, after more years, if you're still there, fighting the battle you never asked for, I'm proud of you.
Being mentally unstable at the age of 15 and younger, I want to remind you to love yourself more than anyone else. Know your worth.
Do you know that during these days you love yourself so much that you fought until you can? I want you to do the same thing for the future too.
By the time you grow up, you will realize more things. You would get even more matured. Not only physically but also mentally.
I hope you will continue doing your artworks and you will continue your writing journey. I know you can do it because I knoe you are strong.
From,
Your 5 years younger self.
