Dear FutureMe,
Hey, what’s up? Remember my sixteen? Yeah, it’s me five years ago. Of course, 5 years is not too long, but surprisingly, a lot has changed during this time. I hope you’re okay and living your best life. Hmm, now you’re twenty one and obviously study on your senior year of college or you just started to work. Anyway, I want to ask you. Are you happy with where you are now? Do you love what you are doing? I hope you do because I have worked so hard for you to get there.
I know I'm young, maybe not smart enough or not experienced enough. But never forget these important things:
Allah is always with you, pray and always ask for forgiveness. Deen over dunya.
Never forget your family. Because the Family always comes first.
Don't stop dreaming and setting goals. One day, by the will of Allah, you will be able to turn dreams into reality.
Never stop learning and challenging yourself. New information and skills will always be appreciated.
Do not be afraid of something new, fight for yourself. As your past, I can say that due to lack of courage, I missed so many chances that I am very saddened.
Don't forget me, your past. The past teaches us not to repeat mistakes. Thanks to the past I, you are now you.
Everything’s will be fine. Stay health.
With love your sixteen.
