A letter from Sep 15th, 2021

Hey, Future Self, بتحب البطاطا🥔🥔؟ Take a deep breath and relax. Take a look at your two feet. What are their current whereabouts? Take a look around you. Do you see the natural world? Go ahead and stroke the leaves. Pick a flower and take a deep breath of its lovely scent. Are you able to hear birds? Stop and listen to their music for a moment, because not everyone is so fortunate to be able to hear and appreciate that experience. Do you feel the warmth of the sun on your skin? If not, walk outside and be grateful that the sun is always shining on you and that you are still alive. Go ahead and eat a piece of something wonderful and relish every moment without worrying about gaining weight. Because not everyone has easy access to food, superficial aesthetics should be the last thing on your mind, regardless of societal implications. Is there a new Om Aoasef? You spent your entire childhood wishing to grow up and acquire your dream car, excitedly anticipating the rite of passage that would provide you with the maturity, respect, and approval you so much desired. Now that you're an adult, all you want is those lovely, unrestricted playtimes and the freedom from responsibility that came with childhood. Life is not a sprint; it is a marathon, and you are not in it to "win," but rather to be creative and improve things. Be kind to yourself. It's okay to get a little messy now and then. Allow everything to go. Accept what you've learned and treasure your experiences since they're one-of-a-kind and there aren't any others like them. You'll have enough time to do whatever you love, so stop stressing out so much. You lose beauty when you are stressed. Be here now. Hug those around you. But don't care about their opinions, as usual, ask them how they are doing, and listen carefully without planning your response at the same time. The inexplicable sense of true connection and understanding is the best feeling in the entire world. Money is just a number. It comes and goes. Love is the real currency but you need money I know you. بدك فلافل؟ Everything you've gone through has led you to this point. Don't make any changes. Everything turned out just the way it was supposed to. All of the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly, and all of the paths make sense. Everyone was put on this earth for a reason. All of the triumphs and setbacks, as well as the happy and sad times, were well worth it. There are no regrets. You were, are, have been, and will always be yourself, but no one lives forever, so treasure every moment. When they pass, and you pass, take comfort in knowing that we are all just souls trapped in bodies, and we shall all be reunited at some point in the future. Life is a gift, not a given, so savor every moment while you still have it. Also, remember to be appreciative. You should be incredibly thankful.
