A letter from Sep 14th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, What is your prediction for the economic future of America? One advantage and disadvantage of Capitalism is the better quality of products, and the increase in unemployment rates during economic downturns. I selected the following choices because I believe they both make a big impact in the economy for the quality of products reflects on the amount of consumers for their product and being able to beat other competitions and gaining more profit in return. I chose the disadvantage of an increase in unemployment rates because I believe it is a huge factor for it is something that had occurred recently, and effected many during Covid, since many lost their jobs, and it was hard to find a job at the time. My view of American economic standing in five years is finding other methods to produce for many industries and companies due to the harm towards the environment. I believe certain regulations will need to be taken such as alternatives to the use of fossil fuels and needed to use other methods in creating products to sell and consume. I believe I will be impacted for the increase of products and manufacturers will only damage the environment more which will lead to certain actions taken desperately and times in which would be stressful for the community as a whole. As a result, my prediction for the economic future of America is that there may be downfalls in actions aren't taken to the way they produce their products, the prices of these products, and the effects to the population as a whole including those who have less money, instead of just the rich and how it will effect them as well when certain prices and taxes are increased.
