Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, hey! so it’s 2026… what’s been happening? how’s uni? are you doing what you thought you would? or did you change your mind? where did you end up going? is it hard? is it better than high school? do you still procrastinate relentlessly? did you buy/get a coffee machine? are there plants everywhere? do posters and whatnot line your bedroom walls? are your fingers absolutely drowning in rings? have/will you shave your head? have you had That cherry day? i’ll chill with the questions for a bit. so right now i’m seventeen, and you’re 22 (ooh ooh ooh oohooooh). i haven’t got my p’s yet, i’m in lockdown, and i’m unsure what the future holds for me. i’m doing better than i was last year by a long shot, but there’s still things to work on. i hope they’re at least a little better by now :) you probably haven’t thought about high school in a while (or maybe you have idk), so here’s what i’m doing in class right now. in chem we’re starting year 12 stuff next week, in music it’s mostly aural skills and memes, in english it’s king lear (specifically a 1min video of it all), in history it’s the end of ww1, in maths it’s revision of factorising, and in food tech it’s nutrients revision. H, L and i are remaking the you belong with me music video :) also i got into nysf last weekend, how’d it go (if you can remember), and did it change anything? i hope you’re doing well! tell someone you love them, and call a friend or a family member please. compliment someone. take a minute to breath or go for a walk, or something. listen to your favourite song (or maybe try savior complex to take you back in time 5 years). get off your phone. i love you so so so much!
