Dear, Future Anthony
Well, hello future me. I hope all is going well with school and most importantly family. I can’t imagine what it will be like when I graduate and I’m not sure what to expect so many monumental decisions will happen between now and then. I'm reeling, hoping I get my driving. I’ll wonder how my sister’s and my family are doing. I wonder how Sherlyn is doing maybe in 5th grade, I hope Shayla graduated college and my parents are doing maybe working as hard as ever. I wonder what it would be like to become an adult, but now that all of those things and not something in the far distance, it’s extremely daunting. I wonder if I can ask you some questions “No okay” anyways I'm going to ask them!
1.Have you decided what you want to be in the future?
2.Are you content with life?
3.Do you still forget to hand you parents for formation slips?
4.What is the most hysterical thing you have done?
5.Has your sister finally cleaned your room?
6.What was it like finally getting your high school diploma and 7.suddenly realizing that a big chapter of your life is over?
8.What’s your biggest accomplishment?
9.Do you have any regrets or mistakes you wish you could undo? 10.Do you have anything you wish you’d done but didn’t? Advice?
11.Does Sherlyn have a boyfriend?
12.Have you ever gotten a ticket?
13.Isgas still expensive?
14.Will I have a girl?????
15.Passed a very important assessment or test?
Most importantly, I want you to be happy and satisfied. I hope you’re content with your life, and I hope you’re happy not only with life. I hope you’re ready to start the next chapter. Getting ready to embark on the next part of your journey probably has you feeling exhilarated and more nervous than I can imagine, but honestly? I can’t wait to get there.
The year 2025 or 2026 is the year we will graduate, unless you fail which you better not, and to graduate high school.
P.S - You better not forget about this letter, have some good upcoming years, I hope you embraced the years you had as a child.
One last question, does your little sister still like pop and are they still cool?
