Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I’m 19 years old, no drivers license, no job. I’d love to see how you are in those departments five years from now lol. I’m not going to write about the pandemic because I’m sure five years from now there will be an annoyingly large influx of letters about it already. Let’s get to the important stuff. I just ordered the book, “The Song of Achilles” and I’m pretty excited for it, since people have been raving about it for months (even though it was released in 2011). I recently finished playing The Last of Us 1 & 2, and I’m finishing up God of War. Speaking of video games, the ps5 is STILL sold out even though it was released last year, I’m dying for it! I just finished watching an episode of Jujutsu Kaisen. Watched the Demon Slayer movie a while back and cried consistently throughout the whole thing. SO excited for the second season coming out in December. This year I also watched part 1 of the AoT final season. Started watching as a kid back in 2013 and I’m still so in love with it in 2021. I finally started taking art seriously this year. I got Procreate and one of my drawing videos got 245k views on tiktok. I can’t wait to see my art in 5 years. Now for actual life events. Right now I still live with “D”. I don't feel like I have to go into specifics with him because I know I will never forget. Are you finally free of him, Future Me? How is the family? They aren’t doing too well right now. Neither am I, but I worry about them. How are the dogs? How is your relationship with your mom? Right now its pretty bad, as it has been for a few years. I hope 5 years from now, me and my mom are finally okay. How are you? What’s your job right now? Did you ever follow through with your education? And the most important question of all, are you and your family finally reunited with Tito?!? Just a little note before I sign off: I really hope you have progressed as a person. Sincerely, PastMe.
