A letter from Aug 24th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, This is you 13 year old self. Today is my birthday and I am about to start 8. grade soon. It is going to be the first time, that I physically go to school since the beginning of the pandemic in march 2020. So it sure has been well over a year. I am very excited to go. There are going to be 8 boys in may class and my only girl classmate will be absent for the first month of the year, so thats great. 2 of the 8 boys are new though, so I haven’t met them yet. I hope they’re handsome and nice, not like the other ugly mean boys in my class. I kinda wish I had a boyfriend, but there hasn’t really been anyone. The only boyfriend I have ever had was a boy named ege. He is nice but super shy, so he would never talk to me at school, just over text. He is a great friend though. I am currently 168 cm tall and I weigh about 55,5 kg. I have been struggling to loose weight fpr pve ra year now, but have bearely ever succeeded, because of my binge eating disorder. I also have OCD. It’s better at the moment, but I still struggle with it sometimes. It’s the worst when there is a full moon. New topic: I really wish for a new laptop and iphone. Currently I have the IPhone 6s and an hp laptop, that is 5 cm thick and came out in 2007. I got it 2 years ago because my dad’s airport and airplane industry updated their digital hardware to thin tablets with keyboards and I got the one he used before. It lags all the time, freezes amd rarely responds to my clicks. The battery sucks as well. It only lasts about half an hour. My Iphone isn‘t much better either. It lags and freezes all the time too and sometimes it just suddenly decides to drain the battery in like 30 seconds. It often makes me sad, but my parents think it’s fine. My dream iphone is a 12 pro in the dark blue shade. It is literally gorgeous. That would never happen though; my parents won’t even buy me a regular iphone 12, or any new iphone for that matter, let alone the pro. Not to mention it costs 1200 euros I think. My dream laptop is the macbook air, or pro. But that probably won’t be happening either. Mostly, because such things are too good to be true amd just don’t happen to me in this family. Also, I am wearing clear ceramic braces and a tongue crib right now. It is constantly tugging my cheeks and it is painful as f*ck. I am very excited , because I got an electric toothbrush for my birthday and I bet I will have the PERFECT smile even before you read this. Please look back at the pictures and look at what my teeth look like. Then admire yours now. We also rescued an orange kitten and now she is our pet. I admire her piece and admiration of the world. Humans could never. Todaj is your 18 birthday and you are now officially an adult. You will never ever be a child in this lifetime anymore, however just look at all the possibilities you have now, that I don’t have now as a child. I have big goals to achieve as an adult so you better live up to my expectations! Remember to NEVER EVER give up EVER! I love you and you are perfect, as you are, because you were custom built for your needs, life achievements and faith. Now go enjoy adult life!
