A letter from Aug 18th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Today I’m wearing my really good looking Hawaiian shirt and the shorts that make my butt look really good. Yeah you know which ones I’m talking about. It’s the second day of school and I am so ready to graduate. However, I still remember Brad telling me to enjoy it while it lasts- I’ll never get to come back after this year. Hopefully I’m making some dough by the time I get this letter, I’m broke all the time and it doesn’t help that I keep buying food. If my math is right then I’ll be a year or two removed from undergrad school. I think I’ll be in grad school, at least I hope so. You know what let’s make a bet- if I’m entering grad school at the time I receive this letter then I deserve a nice night out. I’m thinking a trip to The Republic. Make sure to tell the waiter it’s on 2021 Luis, even though I don’t know if 2021 Luis can even afford a dinner at The Republic. ‘Twas nice catching up- have a good rest of your day.
