Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, It has been more than a year since COVID broke out into the world. The Delta strain is now on the shores of Australia. Victoria is now in lockdown 6.0. Sydney is easily running 3xx cases a day. The Lambda strain seems to be looming in some other countries. I am still waiting for my turn on the Pfizer jab. Not trusting to take Astra Zeneca for now due to blood clotting issues. Missing family abroad. Flying is but a distant future for now. Working from home is a norm now, but never was prior to COVID. Bub number 3 is now 5 months old and has pretty much seen the whole house and the garden outside. Just a glimpse of the outside world once a while. I wonder what the future holds. Global warming is happening. The northern hemisphere is experiencing a hot summer 50 degrees at one point. I worry for our coming summer. We had La Nina last summer. It was cooler and more rainy days. El Nino may be taking its turn this year. They should make electric cars cheap with more charging points so we could drastically drop on petrol cars at least. All in a matter of time, but are we too late? Let's hope.
