A letter from Jul 31st, 2021

- Saturday, 31st of July 2021 Hey Dumb ****, I hope this letter finds you well and healthy. By the time you read this I hope that you have become the man you always aspired to be. I hope that you found it in you to swallow your pride. That you have invested in the relashionships that you have, and those you will make. That you cherish what you have gained along these 5 years and all those before that. That you worked hard and achieved the body and state of mind you always desired, that Quid pro quo of life. Your baby brother is now a man, just as stupid as you were at his age. You remember being 14 don't you? All young and full of stupid ideas and hopes. Look after him, make sure he becomes better than you were. Your Father is even more bald than he is now, he's 50, just imagine that. Probably even more annoying than he already is. He's an old man. Look after him. Your Mother is an old woman too. That menopause is annoying in your time, imagine in mine. But love her. You're probably not speaking to her for God knows why, but it doesn't matter. Call her. Stop being a ****. Keep grinding, keep exercising, meditating, Journaling. Keep up the last few weeks for the rest of your life and it will pay off. Educate yourself, not at school because they won't teach you ****. Read until you can't read anymore. And then read some more. Learn to love yourself and those around you. Be grateful for them. You never know when you will speak to them for the last time. Take pictures of your life, save it, savour it most of all. Every laugh, every cry. Every love, every heart break. I hope you followed your dreams and are doing what you aspired to do. Knowing you, you're probably crying like a *****. Take a deep breath. Be mindful and write another one. Truly yours, You
