A letter from Jul 24th, 2021

Dear 22 year old tiff, Happy Birthday!! If you are reading this, i am so proud of you for making it to 22 years old, who would have thought? Turns out you had it in you all this time right? I just hope you are in a much better place, i hope you don't cry yourself to sleep anymore, i hope you are surrounded by people who truly love you, I hope you are content, i hope uni is treating you well, and things are going the way you wanted them to and are falling into place. I hope you finally get to learn how to love and accept yourself, but even if you haven't it's okay too okay? I hope you finally have the desire to live life, i hope suicide is not your best option anymore, i hope you get excited when you think about the future, thank you so much for surviving every single day and never giving up. 17 year old tiff right now would never believe it, but she is really proud of you. She is sad, and exhausted, in so much pain, and every single day of being alive is an excruciating pain but she will try her best. Have an amazing birthday, i love you <3
