You are writing this letter because of a boy named Toni. He is skinny, blonde, and three years younger than you. He is not your type. Obviously. But he makes you laugh and feel taken care of, that even if you have not met each other yet in person, it feels like you have known each other for a lifetime.
Well, that's an exaggeration. But you get what I mean. He is, by far, the best guy you have liked so far.
However, we have a tiny problem. You are not in love with him. At least not yet. You're not sure. Perhaps you need to see him first. Perhaps you need to hang out and see if you can last five days without ******* each other.
So, I am writing you to ask about this. Was he just another chapter in your sad book of affection or does he now have a separate book? How did the first meeting go? Was it like any of the hundred scenarios you had in mind? Was it awkward? Was it hilarious? How many things have you crossed out in your to-do list? Was he able to teach you how to code? Have you taught him how to eat properly? Have you both successfully finished your PhDs? TELL ME.
I hope I will hear good news.
PS. I really hope you two managed to go to the observatory. It would really suck if you haven't.
Being nosy af as always,
32-year old half-desperate-half-hopeful you
