A letter from Jul 8th, 2021

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Hey, Marie! If you are reading this right now, I just want to say that I AM SO PROUD OF YOU for making it this far! You are still here. See? I knew you could do it because you are a strong person. Anyway, if you are wondering what's going on in the world today, COVID-19 is still wreaking havoc. I am already a third-year student and I will graduate from college next year! WOW! Isn't it amazing? Time flies by so fast. I am constantly having mental breakdowns and my anxiety has worsened. Yesterday, I had a presentation in Earth Science.. I was extremely nervous at the time. I ain't sure if they understood my report because I talked so fast and stuttered. ****, embarrassing af! I burst into tears after that. I'm writing this letter while waiting for my next class. My plan for today is to prepare another presentation for tomorrow's Environmental Science report! I'm hoping everything goes smoothly :)) By the way, we haven't spoken in two months with my best friend. I feel like a terrible person for failing to check on her :( I miss her terribly, but I haven't been in the mood to talk to anyone lately. I chose to lock myself away in my room and read manga. But I promise to contact all of my friends once I'm feeling better. I believe I'll end this now. I will, however, continue to write letters. Always keep in mind that I am proud of who you have become! xx
