Dear FutureMe, 178lbs Down 37 from 9 months ago 12 weeks since bilateral knee replacement Walking up to two miles at a time , 5 miles in a day Planet fitness 2-3 times a week and athletic training 1 time week 8000 + steps daily 1 year from now….. Weigh 170-175 Planet Fitness 3 times week Hiking twice month 6-8miles Backpacking once every 7 weeks for 2-3 days 15-20 miles 10000+ steps daily Traveling with Janet and pups two weeks or more at a time every other month . 5 years from now…. Backpacking a week on North Manitou Island Maintaining weight under 180 Continue Planet Fitness 2-3 times weekly Travel to rural England Continue hiking and backpacking as I can muster as well as 10000+ steps daily
