A letter from Jun 25th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, I wonder what your up to now. I’m working at L’arche. I don’t mind it, but it can get a bit boring sometimes. I spent all of today baking with Tamzin and watching TV. We’re currently in level 2 so lots of things have been cancelled. Is COVID still around when you get this?? We’re very lucky here to not really even have it. So at the moment I’m working to lose weight. I’ve lost 2kg but can’t seem to get any more off. I want to get back down to 60 one day though. I turned 18 last month!! I don’t feel any different, and I haven’t gone clubbing yet hahahha. I’m going to start driving lessons soon. I hope future me has a car!! And is not living at home or larche. I maybe want to go and study social work next year! But I’m not too sure. I still feel like I don’t really know what I want with my life even tho Becky and dad keep trying to make me decide. I’m pretty happy where I am at the moment, until I can save more money for myself. Anyways I hope you have an amazing day Xxxxxx
