Dear FutureMe, Of all the things that I wish for you right now, there's something that clearly stands out. happy. i want you to be happy, a lot of it. i hope you are where you wanted to be- i hope you are around conversations, nice people and stories. and if you aren't, if you lost yourself somewhere in the middle, i want you too look back and remember this is what you've always wanted. if you found something that suits you better, something you never knew you wanted, i want you to know that i agree, and that i appreciate. if life isn't good, please know it will be. i hope books still take your breath away, and i hope you still like nothing better than a good story. and yet again, if you dont, i am okay, and i agree. i hope the only regrets you have are the ones you brought on yourself. i hope you are free and i hope you are brave. i hope you've become the wild person i wanted you to be, and i hope you've never had to compromise on your values, anywhere. i hope you make enough money to get through this life. i hope you've found an even bigger family, more people you can call your own, people beyond biological connections, people you would be willing to give up a lot for. i hope you still believe in good things. i really really hope you are happy, and i hope you remember how to hope. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// I am sure you have picked yourself up by now. More so, I am sure that others have helped pick you up by now. Nobody dislikes you, they just didn't know that you needed to be helped. Sadly, as a culture, we don't communicate well with one another anymore. It is not personal. You have taken it personally but it was never meant that way. And, the truth is that you have been trying to make relationships that never really existed. You may have been asking too much from them. That is also not their fault. Anyway, by now you have made new friends and have a new group of people that are supporting you. Love them. They are loving you deeply.
