A letter from May 29th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, In 5 years time, I actually have no idea what you’re up to. Present me just woke up by past 7am and I immediately started talking to this “man”, I haven’t even prayed (future me do you still do this? Waking up to pick your phone!). Present me just finished her 200Level exams and I actually have no idea what’s going on at the moment and I have chosen not to bother myself with anything cause what does overthinking actually solve? NOTHING! (I do hope you do not overthink things anymore?). Future me, Even if I’ve been confused about a lot of things, One thing I have always been sure of is God’s faithfulness. He has shown himself as true over and over again. Challenges came and are now a thing of the past! Shall I remind you dear future me of how we actually didn’t have a house, and God provided one with a car? Or how you’ve been so confused and all you did was pray and you heard him speak clearly to you! So dear future me, God loves you! You’re ABBA’s favorite God delights in you He loves and cherishes you! Never forget this dear one!
