A letter from May 25th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, May 25, 2021, This has been one of the craziest years of my life, and honestly, I'm glad summer is starting up. One thing I hope is that you (me? myself? I?) have accomplished a somewhat steady relationship with Dad, and if not that's fine, he was a douche anyway. I also hope that you were able to find the confidence to get top surgery and a therapist and that you're happy in the life you live now because I haven't been happy myself this year. I wish many great things for you, not exactly fame and fortune, but happiness and peace of mind. I also wonder if you're still single, but it's not like I can judge! Keep doing what you love, whether it's playing bass or video games. You would be about 17 or 18 when this gets to you! Wow, I'm old now! Keep learning, keep growing, keep fighting for your rights, and never give up!!!
