A letter from May 25th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, How's life going? Have you drunk enough water today? When was the last time you washed your hair? It's Caleb's birthday today (he's turning 13) and my family (mum, dad and Mark) we're going to the Theakston's for dinner! I'm not sure what we're having but Theakston dinners are always good! I'll tell you few things about myself now and see if they've changed in 5 years time: My fav colour is purple, my fav animal is a tiger, they're awesome!! I'm 13 at the moment turning 14. I'm in year 8 and school work sucks!!!! My best friend at the moment is Ata, she's the only friend I see, I don't talk to Ellah anymore because she got in a bad friend group (apparently she vaped with Holly???) I don't see Malina anymore either. Ok time to change the subject, I really want to get an application at the Chinese restaurant so I can start working but I'm SO scared of asking. It's really hard being homeschooled, I hardly see any of my friends but when I do see them it's kinda awkward, I don't want to say the wrong thing and I can't be myself. I've been praying for a new best friend, one that really gets me and trusts me but she hasn't come yet. Ata actually slept over last night, we made this new thing called a smoothie bowl. It's were you put some fruit and a bit of water into a bowl then blend it, it's suppose to be so thick that you have to put it in a bowl! I tried it and it's very nice, we also slept in the back of dad's car and we were going to watch something on her phone but we had to wait for it to charge and by the time it charged she fell asleep! I didn't want to be annoying and say "hey can I watch something on your phone" that would just be weird! She also took up all the room so when I tried to move her a bit, she got annoyed. so I sat there and cried a bit (I didn't full on cried because then I would have been a baby and she would have heard me) We also did some painting! I painted a back ground while she finished her painting. I should probably finish there, the letter is getting really long and you might get bored of it.
