Hey me from the future What are you doing today Wrote this on a computer 4 months from my birthday I made this for an assignment In 6th grade During COVID confinement Sanity starting to fade And I just couldn't contain These thoughts in my brain Depression is my new pain And I'm going insane Sometimes I wish I could see What I've become What am I? Who is me? What have I done? Hopefully I've been taking good care of My sister Abbie And I haven't given up I wish me a good end Of mandated schooling I believe the road to then Should be grueling Crazy headlines And sick rhymes Going to therapy Such good rhymes Should be crimes Go through life carefully Why’d I turn this into a rap? I dunno Will I be strong or a poor sap? I wanna know Anyways I hope you had fun Reading this, it took a couple days to get done And man, I’m glad I did this letter Hopefully when reading this I will be even better
