A letter from May 18th, 2021

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe,Dear future Cessie,As you were writing this it was May 17th of 2021 and you were 14 years 7 months and 4 days old. Almost at the end of your freshman year. So let me talk about how you were doing in school during this crazy time. You were doing ok I guess, you had one C+ in Honors geometry but that is only because it was Honors Geometry. Although in all of your other classes you were doing fine like the normal A’s and B’s. Yes you were doing good but school is so very stressful and I hope you are doing better than I was mentally. I pray to god everyday that you graduate and become successful. So if you did, pat yourself on the back and just know younger you is very proud of older you. Now what's even more crazy is your life outside of school. SO MUCH DRAMA, like so much drama I cant even explain all of it. A lot of it has to do with school friends but it's all happening out of school. So by then I hope you mellowed out a little bit and calmed your feelings about some of the horrible people in your life. You don't have many friends right now but you have a few and you are happy with that. You had a lot of responsibilities as you were writing this. You have chores, and have to watch your sisters who are already 3 and 5. Life just isn't the smoothest right now so I hope that it ends up clearing up. Right now you want to go to a two years college to study culinary arts. You want to open a bakery in a big city that is themed like a diner with roller skates and everything. You will only sell cupcakes and milkshakes. Hopefully your dad helped out with the bakery and you know he did because he is such a good person. You also want to work at his sandblasting shop to get a feel of what is remotely close to a real job so you are prepared for the future. As of right now you love baking, doing makeup, listening to music, Cheer, track and taking walks around your town which is Hartford Michigan. You want to live in Tennessee and visit all around the world especially Fiji, and Hawaii. So in conclusion, good luck to you in the future and I hope everything went well. Thank you for being you.
