A letter from May 17th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Hey Bre I’m you from 5 years ago!! I hope your reading this with a big smile on your face!! Today is 5/17/21 and as you know it life isn’t going to good, with graduation less than 15 days away I’m completely stressed:(...with all the responsibilities of being an adult and a mother started to build up the days get harder and harder!! I hope your sitting down on your couch in YOUR OWN HOME just enjoying the flow of life, happier than ever!! Remember how badly you wanted to move out? Toxic household and toxic surroundings, seemed like it wouldn’t get better huh? Well look at you now!! You have the family that you always wanted and your living in pure confidence and loving everything and everyone that crosses your path❤️ IM PROUD OF YOU...WELL ME LOL😌. Right now I’m at a standstill 😕wondering if the boy I’m in love with actually loves me, wondering why I’m not welcomed in my own home, wishing I had a father figure for my son and praying for peace within my soul. I pray you will open this letter and have all that I’m asking for right next to you by than!! As of right now I’m working on my confidence, loving myself, and really just building up character, I just turned 18 last month and I’m trying to get ready to enter the real world and it’s hard but we gotta get moving!!😊 I’m trying my best with my baby boy!! Oh by the way how is little august? Tall and handsome like I always knew lol😚...I wonder who’s my soulmate!! Omg did you find him??? Is he there with you?? Do you guys have a family like you always wanted?? I’m so proud of you👍🏽. The day you thought would never come finally came!!! How does it feel? I’m so proud of you and I can’t stress that enough Bre. Life’s tough right now but so are you. I love you and don’t stop there keep going live your life to the fullest you know you won’t regret it. I CANT WAIT TO CATCH UP TO YOU AND THATS WHY IM WORKING SO HARD NOW !!
