So hey you! So today my teacher told us that We had to write a letter for our future so I’m gonna try… so I’m just gonna tell you my week normally. I started with 2 panic attacks and I cried a lot. I think it all started when my grandpa died and now it’s my dog. I had 11 panic attacks since my dog died… It was not really nice I can tell you. I wish that in 10 years you can get better and not have to fight for depression and anxiety. Life right now is kinda weird… we’re in the middle of a pandemic and it sucks. My friends really help me through everything and I’m really glad of this but in the same way I’m not able to control myself. We’re in 2021 and I’m just a normal girl who lives her secondary 2. A lot of people are trying to help me but the problem is that I’m not able to do my part. We’re just Monday and I can tell you that the summer is coming and I really wanna get there now. I want you to feel better and hope you get help and that you are now a strong girl with a precious heart. For the rest of your life I want you to remember that life is like an exam. Everybody tries to copy the others but didn’t know that the teacher gave them different papers. So it means that you have to do things on your own… You can get help and try to feel better but at the end it’s all about you. I’m gonna tell you once. The past can hurt, but the way I can see it is that you can either learn from it or run from it. I want you to keep your life and not give up. You have a lot of thing to find and it’s not by giving up that it will work and you will understand one time and bee like “ wow I did it guys, I’m finally happy and now I can go outside and show it to the people” this is what I want you to be later this is what I want you to get and finally, I tried, you tried, we all tried so why don’t you think of the positive and life like a little butterfly.
