A letter from May 14th, 2021

yooo!!!!!! WasSUP hurricane?!?!? long time no see!! so like, this is you. except, this is past you. i'm 16- you're 21. you may remember writing this, maybe not. but i know you've always had a good memory. or maybe it's actually **** and i just THINK you have a good memory because i dont remember the times when i've forgot things. it's really a complicated situation. DO you remember this? whatever, i'm getting off track. on new years' eve this year, do you know what you did? do you know?? girl, you sat in your room watching the ball drop on the small laptop that south provided you with. you were all alone. because of covid. well, i guess bailey was there. but you weren't partying with anyone. it kinda sucked, ngl. anyway, i wanted to write this because i'm curious- are you a cool adult who parties a lot?? i hope you're spending new years' eve with lots of people, who you all care about. maybe in a club, a bar, or a some college party. (if you even go to those) i just hope that you're having lots and lots of fun. oh and ALSO!! you turn frecking 22 years old this year!!! omgg, can you believe it?? it seems like just yesterday i was 16. ha, just kidding. that's because i AM 16. trust me. 16 is currently not a fun age. i doubt that you're reading this on January 1st. Possibly December 31 early in the day, but i doubt that too. It's ok. I assume it's probably a little later into January when you're reading this. so just answer me this: did you have fun, and are you happy with yourself and your life? okaayyyy, bye!!!! love you ******* :)
