Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Future Me, I want this world to change. Our president nowadays is constantly making rash decisions that affect the likes of me, but hopefully not you. I hope that you, Future Me, are living your life to the fullest and do not need to suffer from the terrible decisions your government makes. Hopefully, the pandemic has ended and hopefully a pandemic will not happen again, at least, not after a pandemic this devastating. Maybe if life was different nowadays, I wouldn't be as stressed about schoolwork and worried about my future as I am now. Maybe I would have been outside in the sunshine and joking around with my friends. Maybe I would have gotten a higher grade in class because there are no signal interruptions. Maybe I would have had a better view of life as I have now. Maybe I would have been more relaxed and carefree than what I am feeling now. Hopefully five years from now, I will go back to the life I had before this pandemic started. Hopefully, I will have more friends and a little more confidence in myself. Hopefully I have a job and become successful in life. Hopefully, I'm alive. Hopefully I didn't **** myself yet. But if I am miraculously not yet dead yet, let me give you some words of advice from a 14-year-old teenager. Don't let yourself get hurt, ever. If people try to hurt you, just walk away and bottle up your feelings. Don't fight back physically, or else you'll be crushed by the karma you will experience after retaliating. Just take deep breaths and work on your mental strength. Remember, brute force only damages, but only when you use your mental power will you make a change. Hopefully the world became better after five years. Hopefully this pandemic has ended. Hopefully, this world has changed. You want this world to change? No. This world must change.
