A letter from May 6th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, For me, the date is Thursday, May 6th, 2021 We are in 7th grade and 13 years old Hows life in 2026 hopefully better than life in 2021 we should be graduating this year did we get into the college of our dreams, How are our friends, do we still play video games. Onto more serious topics: how is our mental health, do we have a better relationship with mom? Is she really trying like she promised to do, How is our relationship with dad, Do we and Tim still fight all the time? Do we and Bella still hate each other? Will we even still be alive to read this letter when it comes, will we be happy for once, will we actually want to get out of bed because we want to or because we have to. I hope we are alive to see this I hope we are happy I hope we accomplish every dream we have I just want to be happy. Sincerely, your 13-year-old self
