A letter from May 3rd, 2021

Dear FutureMe, You’re probably 20 by now right? How's life? Have you achieved something? It would be nice if you achieved something. Even if it’s a small or a big thing, I'd appreciate it. It's okay too if you didn't. I don't really mind. As long as you're finally happy I'd be happy to know that. What course are you taking right now? I still kinda don’t know what path I’m gonna take right now so I hope you chose where you’re happy. It’s still kind of a blurry topic for me. I’m not really sure what I want to become right now, so I hope you found our path. Are you still into K-pop? I’m sure you are. How’s your ults? I hope they’re better now. It’s bene a hectic year. Oh yeah, are you still translating? How’s your Korean? Did it improve? Hope you still get rest despite all the translating stuff you do. But maybe you just do it periodically now because you probably started going to college. I hope that your Korean improved too. I’m still lacking a lot but at least you’re doing your best! Hope you’re still translating content though that’d be super awesome. Are you happier now? You we’re always so negative about things so I’m kind of worried. If you are, I’m glad. If it’s not the case, then continue finding it! I hope you’re less lonely by now. You never really had someone you could talk to. I just hope that you finally worked out in opening up to people. You always blame the world for making you lonely but you never try to open up about your problems to your friends. I hope you’ve worked it out. I hope you’re still friends with those people too. They’re great people so don’t do anything stupid! I hope you’re less sad now. You’ve been through a lot for the past 5 years. Do you have a lover now? Hahahha I was joking. Study first! But it would be nice if you have someone you like and someone you can lean on. I was always wondering if I could actually write this letter. Because to be honest, I can’t even see myself in 5 years. Not even more that 3 years. I was so close to giving up everything. I just hope that if I do receive this in 5 years, I’m a better person now. I hope everything worked out for you. I want you to have a happy life. Live a happy one. It doesn’t hurt to, does it?
