Time Travelled — over 4 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I’m currently 16 years old and at the moment we are still in this pandemic. It has been over a year, the last time everything was normal was March 2019. Right now you are a sophomore in high school, almost a junior. Last time I stepped into school as a normal day was freshman year and now I am about to graduate. Our lives changed over night due to coronavirus; so many changes were made such as masks, social distancing, sanitizing any object you see, stores / schools closing down etc. As time has passed you learned how to adapt to this “new normal”. Presently, we both know how this pandemic affected me. It made me realize that time is so precious and we need to appreciate every second of it. Before this pandemic I used to believe that the only way to have fun was by going out to places like the movies, concerts, carnivals spending time with friends, but as quarantine happened you were not allowed out of the house, constantly spending time with family and figuring out ways to entertain each other. Perhaps, I needed something like quarantine to happen because that is when my bond with my parents and siblings grew bigger than ever. I learned how to be grateful for the small things. My question to you in the future is how was the rest of this pandemic? How did it end, was it in 2021 or no? Did we start junior year normally or was it still virtual?
