A letter from Apr 28th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, You are currently sitting on the couch with your feet propped up living at the young adult house, working at Arrowhead. You're supposed to be reading articles about SEL because you are in a school district meeting. You have a lot of things on your mind right now. Do you peruse education? Am I supposed to make a difference in special education? How do I love my family better? Do you fully give up studio time? Do you continue to play the piano? What relationships will last? What is Gods perfect will for me life? Theres a lot. By this time in 5 years - I hope that you are settled in who you are, and who God has made you to be. I know that God is going to take you into a place you hadn't thought imaginable. In reading this, I want you to remember what was most important to you: 1. God (even if sometimes you forget and get distracted) 2. Family (even when things are uncomfortable) 3. My Purpose (at this time you have an inclination that God is brining you to further your education) 4. Friends (even if you feel mis understood) 5. Health (even if you get lazy) Go Ride your bike In this moment in time there is a lot of transitioning and exciting things. You have had seen multiple of your friends and family come alive in Jesus (Allie and Cam.) You have seen a reconciliation of family (Dad and Taylor). You have lead friends back to God and who they truly are (JD, Lathan, Kyle, Jonny, Daniel) Nick is going through an awakening with God. Before you moved into the YA House he was taunting you about your relationship, now is being moved personally in his own life: this is just the beginning Allie is at school, still dating Silas, and learning what is means to know you. She had her first experience of God taking away her anxiety and stress. Tay is doing good, I saw him at Jersey Mikes today. By this time I pray you have eyes to Love him so well..even though you do...but better. I pray him and Andrea are still together! Mom and Nick are considering moving to Wenatchee - I wonder how that will turn out. Paloma just broke up with Brady and that was really hard for her. I know God has a good plan for her life. Thank you God for bringing reconciliation to our relationship. Mom and I's relationship is growing. Every Monday we are working on a children's book (now Doodlebug). Let her love you. Continue to tell her how beautiful she is and how thankful you are for her being the best mom. She has taught you a lot. I love you mom! Thank you for giving me a good heart and eye brows. Lathan is going through a unfortunate court mishap - in 5 years show this to him. So he can see how God has moved so tremendously in his life, and delivered him from Evil and destruction. Lord I pray your goodness to overcome him in these next 5 years. Freedom from addiction in Jesus name. Freedom from the world in Jesus name. He is chosen to do your will God! JD is learning what this life is all about. Him and A*** encountered God at a worship night. A*** will be an amazing father. Daniel is learning about His purpose, he's considering signing to mosey and I think he will. In typing this you are realizing you are a pretty skilled typer, lol. I want you to remember Brennen. You are right where you are supposed to be. I love you. Your family loves you. Your church loves you. God loves you. PS I hope you finish at least a couple books and have completed one album.
