A letter from Apr 26th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Hello! This is PastMe! The date's currently April 26, 2021. I'm currently in 8th grade, soon going to graduate. By the time you read this, you're probably a senior (or, at least, becoming a senior). The world's in a tough place right now. Covid hit hard. The world's in a sad place right now. We've lost many heroes. The world's in a crazy place right now. Chadwick Boseman lost Best Actor to Anthony Hopkins. Despite all this, we've gone through a ton of changes. Some have been extremely amazing. We sent a few people on a SpaceX flight to the ISS, and they're up there! I got accepted for high school about a month ago (as you should know, you're there already). I've mastered swimming and working out a bit, so I'm making myself better, one step at a time! I hope! I know you're probably freaking out over your last year, but you need to fight. Yale's right around the corner, just like it is here with high school. Fight, bro. Fight.
