A letter from Apr 16th, 2021

Dear Athena, Right now the following students are in your class: Vincente, Jeremiah, Jeremiah Jorae, Angelic, Georgina, Isaiah, Jose, Luke, Marayah (online, still serving) Gabriel and Aiden. We just finished a connection circle and I am feeling so grateful. There is a word "sonder" that means when you start to realize that every person you meet has an entire life that you do not know about. All of my students have lives that I could never understand, but I am grateful to be apart of it. Vincente just said I hate him... that is not true. I wonder if you are still a teacher, or are you in a van driving with pizza? Or are you a couselor? Or are you married to Hozier? Only time will tell... I love you future self. You are doing so great. Athena
