A letter from Apr 16th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, hey ****** I hope you are enjoying life because you are 21 years old or 22 idk. If you are still depressed girl u better not do what im doing rn, laying in bed all day, doing nothing having a boring life. life can be fun sometimes but only when im with u know who :) or partying ofc. U better have ur license too and your own car, a job (if not that's okay lol). I just know the first thing you would do is get drunk because when u see this letter you will be officially legalllll!! Me rn UGH its a disaster my depression is ******* me and no one notices, well some people know I have depression but they probs think im getting happier and I mean I am but barely. No one checks up on me and that's okay ig bc I don't check up on anyone either. but it kinda sucks no one is. Like always mom and dad are a pain in the *** hahah but I love them ofc, I just wish they would talk to me more about my life and not just school, its always school "how are your grades," "don't fail" "turn in assignments" OKAY I will but im just trying to not kms rn ****. A simple "how are u feeling" would be okay and yes sometimes they ask me how I am but all they say is "are u getting better" I aprecciate them asking me that but then after they ask me that they say nothing else like at least act better at caring for my mental health. I don't like talking about it because I don't want anyones pity and anyone worrying about me but I would also love it if someones just checks up on me. I also love how they treat me the same when really, they know im dying inside. anyways hope u read this 21 year old me and rly hope u are enjoying ur mf life.
